Module 2: Interpreting SQI™ Reports and Consultations
- Pre-consultation preparation
- Linking the traits – implications and ways to give feedback constructively and positively
- Words to use and avoid and traits with low scores
- Applying the SQI™ Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Reinforcement Consultative Coaching approach
Methodology: Case Studies, Live Demonstrations, Role Play Practice
Module 3: Solution-focused Coaching using SQI™ (Day 2)
- The 5-sessions SQI™ “VALUE” process
- Coaching the client to complete the “SQI™ Post Report Interpretation Individual Action Plan”
- Review outcome together with client using the “SQI™ Informal feedback Guide” to track progress
- The use of the SQI™ ‘disguised semi-structured’ interview to constructively gather Pre and Post Intervention feedback from people working closely with the client
